Because authentic intimacy doesn’t begin with another person. It begins with how deeply you can listen to, trust, and honor yourself.

We’ll begin by journeying inward through an immersive Somatic Sound Journey, woven with guided meditation, voice, vibration, and sound to quiet the thinking mind and guide you deeper into your body, heart, and inner knowing.

From this grounded place within, we’ll begin exploring intimacy with others through: ✨ Playful connection games and sharing cards ✨ Consent, boundaries, and communicating your authentic YES and NO ✨ Partnered experiences exploring giving and receiving ✨ Conscious, consensual touch ✨ Sensory exploration through sound, scent, taste, movement, breath, and presence ✨ Space for reflection, integration, and authentic human connection

Together, we’ll explore: Can you ask for what you desire? Can you receive without performing or pleasing? Can you say NO without guilt? Can you honor another person’s NO without making it mean something about you? Can you remain deeply connected to yourself while opening to another?

This is the practice of INbodied Sovereignty.

Everything throughout the evening is invitational and consent-based. There is no expectation to touch or be touched.

Your YES is sacred. Your NO is sacred. Changing your mind is sacred too.

Cancellation Policy: Because space is limited and each gathering is intentionally prepared, registration is non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, your investment may be transferred as a credit toward another Sacred Intimacy event with at least 24 hours’ notice.
